I come from a different world than that.
At my job we are expected to take lists like that and detail our remedial actions or.... our passing of the buck... Item #3 Civil drawings in conflict with Architectural details
Item#4 Resolved. Removed owners unbonded dog fence equipment from pool equipment room. Inspected and PASSED 1-22-19
Item #5 Pending install of outdoor kitchen appliances. Will ask for re-inspection 2-11-19

Something like this is usually good enough.
Probably not SEC compliant and I'm sure legal would discourage it

I'm also not that bright.

Yesterday AM I saw the same price for IMMU on the ticker and thought trading had been halted on IMMU... then it dawned on me that it was a holiday.
