Yeah it could be that, or it could be simply collateral damage from general market malaise. It becomes really difficult to separate what are problems with China/world trade and what are specifically GE issues. I got a kick out of reading that the markets are worried that Chinese economic growth has declined from 6.9% to 6.6%...as if that was a great worry.... the USA market growth sits at about 3% for last year and expecting to slow to 2.3% in 2019...with subsequent years dropping further.
