EZ- I totaly agree. My purpose in asking the question was to get some dialogue going. I certainly learned some new info, namely that the company is going to be more discreet with the release of information. And George has been told not to talk to every stockholder as much as he was. I can live with that as long as you know the new policy. I talked to the PR firm a couple of weeks ago and they forwarded more SEC reports and additional info. I do agree that a development company has more of a reason to keep its current stock holders current, than one where there is a defined financial flow of revenue established.

MY point in responding to both ED and EZ was for the same purpose as you both stated.

Ez regarding the secretary , i personnaly have given her( At NorAm) over 55 names which requested an investors packet, and they all got it. You said you asked LBI for it. As far as calling investors and brokers, the secretary's of public company's dont do this, they do answer the phone, which she does, of course everyone wants to talk to george.

EZ being that we are in exactly the same business as one another i can feel confident when i say it is worlds apart from what you and i know.
Regarding advertisment i think the IBD article would cover some of that along with the numerous publications that are on the sidelines waiting for some things to happen and will publish when they happe. In addition to the corporate reporter saying that they will be doing a follow up on Noram in the near future. Also the casino journal has been following the company recently and making inquires to LBI regarding NorAm. Also the IGWB has been covering NorAm and its progress in V- Land not lately but they have been in their in the last two months, Once again they are waiting for some things to happen and they will do a follow up. Things are getting done . The website has just been completed , thats new also.

I have composed a letter to LBI that i will refine and send to them. Now that i am not helping norAm i will send it as a shareholder. I dont think it would be appropriate for me to post it here , but its compiled of many things promised that has not happend at ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL, And i think it stinks. I dont know that anything good will come of it, but it needs to be done for the record.

Regardindg news, i just havent been able to get it across i guess at this point. The news will not stop, it will just be different and more selective, for example if someone from SHARP image called and on OCT 25 and said george we are early and we think the machines are going to running in two days.

Now george hears this and says, great, lets put it out on the wire, and he does then two days go by and SHARP IMAGE calls back and says, well the machines will now be running next week because the secratery lost her eyeliner and we have to stop and look for it.

At this point Noram would look kinda like they didnt keep there word, but in reality its not even there word, its the word of another. This ugly process could go on and on with every little detail of the project, and NorAm and its shareholders would be the ones to suffer.
I feel NorAm will not open itself up again to anyones word unless its confirmed with their Eyes or the word its given that the things have been running for more then 5 minutes ..

I think this will hold true on any and all news items in the future. I hope this helps explain my personal view on this topic. You cant compare the company 6 months ago to now. I have alot of news that i show during that time period ,Lots , the most when alexander troy was on board. If you cant get news from that time period let me know because i can, and i will post it or send it. There is even a news release that says Noram had entered into merger talks with Mandarin and several other little bits of INFO.

Inseveral instances you( EZ) refered to my statments as if Noram said it, but if you check you will see that ALL of these statments are only my opinons, including the news discretion issue (Ed).

Getting back to PR for a minute, the main thing that needs to be done is publications, at this stage of the game you must pay for them.

I am the biggest fan of publicity and company exposure. We have the secretary lets take on the PR ourselves, if everyone can get just one Editor to write about( For free) NorAm we could really get some good INFO out there, and some exposure.

At some Point the company will be able to retain a top notch PR FIRM , and they are out there, but they do get kinda spendy even for minimum service level. I would assume this would happend once the revenues are more clear.

GO NRAG MBA
