Dear Kevin,

It looks like the button does nothing if you have ad serving disabled. As a grandfathered Paid Lifetime status member, you are among the few who can do this. I'll look to fix this, thanks for bringing this to my attention.

You can temporarily turn on "Show Banner Ads" in your settings if you want to see what it does.
