well, 2 things are clear - the original fund or investment advisor's holdings were taken over by a new company by the same name, AND the holdings were expanded very substantially, from 114,000 shares to over 1.5 million. The original holdings weren't have triggered a filing but the additional shares brought it over the threshhold. The original holder has become a non-filer, perhaps because his interests were transferred to the new corporation. That's as I've interpreted the filing.

What's it all mean? I dunno except I wish I had over 1.5 million shares - although they can't be too happy with the events of the past 2-3 months if they owned them all that time. Depends on what they paid, of course.
