mz, thanks for another in-depth post. I walked through all the older posts of this thread yesterday, & tried to figured out how advance nxtr is in formulating those 'potent oligos'. I have no doubt about their ease in screening out picomolar compounds for obviouse reasons. Nxtr's "craziness" is way behond regn (like gne?), isip (next msft for sure <g>) & sugn ( too conventional). Its combination of lipo/earing with a novel DD program is very interesting indeed. thx again
