APCO & ANTX ...maybe Cary can post something explaining why we like these stocks so much....

Sergio, I bought ANTX because you told me to. LOL Seriously though, I think these two stocks are completely different. Yet both stocks provide potential for good gains. ANTX is a BB stock and carries alot more risk with it than APCO. The part I like most about ANTX is their affiliation with SmithKlein Beecham. ANTX has been a great stock to make money on short term trading in an out. At the same time the long term potential is enormous.

APCO I am more familar with. As far as fundamentals go, it is rock solid. For the last three quarters APCO has increased revenues 40%, 34% and 45% from the previous year. In the last conference call, Mr. Dorfman said that he expected them to continue increasing revenues at least 30% for awhile. In addition to the increasing revenues, he stated that they had demonstrated that they were able to maintain their overhead at the same level of the previous two quarters and anticipated being able to keep it there durning the up and coming few quarters. This means any additional income generated should go mostly to the bottom line which will increase shareholder value.

The two recent agreements should help out tremendously

The company is basically debt free and has close to $22 million in cash. Yes thats right, 22 million in cash. Two insiders own 8% each of the company. They recently gave a presentation at the microcap conference which was awarded to the top 50 companies out ox approximately 450 companies. The recent deal with SAH creates a couple of opportunities. Obviously increased revenues from warranty contracts
but the one possibility I like, is the the possibility of new analyst coverage due to the exposure and coverage SAH has received.

If APCO can continue growing, I am looking for the stock to be between $12 - $15 by year end.
