Richard,

Thanks. You must have been following them for a while? How do you know of them/the industry? You mentioned Identix; how about Lasertechnics (LASX)?

Hold your horses Richard! No home run run here. Sounds like a short pop flyout!

EOSC just became a public company last month by way of reverse aquisition with some shell corporation named Curbstone Aquisition Corp (CBSO) which last traded at 20 cents. Looks like after the merger there was a 1/25 reverse split since Electro-optical started trding at $5.00. biz.yahoo.com

EOSC is a developement stage company now trading on the OTC BB. biz.yahoo.com

They have no product yet but have signed distribution agreements?!?

EOSC makes it sound so simple. They are developing and producing their technology and will sell it in six months! Something is fishy here! Have you seen the financials?

From the 8k dated 12/23/97.

Nine Months Ended
September 30,
1997
---------------

Revenues: ................................... $ 0

Cost of Services Provided............................ 0
---------------

Gross Profit ................................... 0

General and Administrative Expenses.................. 107,000

Research and Development............................. 1,000
---------------
Net Loss ................................... (108,000)
---------------

Don't give up on LASX just yet. At least they generated 9 million dollars in revenues for 9 months ending 9/30/97 and JP Morgan has alot of money in it. Is EOSC self-funded??

On the bright side.....EOSC stock is still trading over $5.00 which is post reverse split!!! So maybe there is hope for LASX after the 1/20 reverse!!
