WOW WebTv has dotted the eyes and crossed the teas.It is almost like msft is dumping the pc as a consumer product.The world gets stranger everyday.If IDT can remain the cpu supplier for WebTv it will really add up.However WebTv will eat into the consumer pc market In fact for alot of folks it is a total no brainer ....250 bucks and I just plug it into my tv next to my vcr or 1000 bucks and have to learn a whole bunch of computer stuff and remember that 60% of u.s. households are still sans pc's.My guess is the reason is not just financial .... ease of use maybe the real reason. I think the MIPS business jumped 50% q to q(10 to 15 mil).
