Zeev, and All. As we've been hearing in email, Bill Matthews says on his tape that he was expecting Fonar to have news last week and now hopes there will be some news releases this coming week. You're right that Fonar doesn't have a business with ties to Asia and thus shouldn't be directly effected by the flu, but as Malcolm says, the investors have been skittish about the market in general. It seems to me that Fonar doesn't have immediate promise, and the long term promise is speculative. As a result, in a skittish market, this seems to be one of the stocks that is being sold. I know I heard in email from some long term Fonar holders who have lightened their positions in order to position themselves in stocks that they felt hold more immediate promise. Although the market is spooked, there are plenty of stocks that have gone up, not just a few. So there is a combination of a skittish market and the fact that Fonar's immediate prospects are vague and undefined. On the matter of how many things a company can do at once, I'd like to see Fonar do something profitably, and I don't much care what. Fonar can't even do one thing yet, so doing two profitably seems a stretch, as you suggest. The companies that do many things are large companies with a lot of money. Many people want to compare Fonar to GE, and it's completely inappropriate to do that. GE with billions of dollars and established profitability over so many decades... it takes a long time to establish oneself as GE has done. I understand the anger at some of GE's practices, and the fact that Fonar beat them in a lawsuit, but it's just a small amount of money to GE. It's up to Fonar to make something of their newly replenished financial base, and their protected patents. The fact that even the most dedicated investors are confused about Fonar's direction is an indication that Fonar has failed to communicate a clear plan, and is in my opinion, a primary reason that the stock has been flagging.
