pappy as far as i understand the only restricted shares are those of summits 7 miilion can not be sold till may. the other 25 million own by the joffes are theirs to do what they want with no ? this is why i was concerned with the first prospectus that said they would be sold, but the second one recinded that. anyway i am not very good at these interpretations so help me out if i am wrong. maybe i should just stay with the tech side. but this is why we have these sessions, to help ourselves better understand our investments and to bring to light those concerns that may influence future decisions. thanks for all your feed back now and in the future ar.
