I have two r534g's with the millenium and the millenium II and both work great. But I would wait a few more weeks when mtech has there new board with the 5591 chipset that supports 100mhz . It should be out before Valentines Day.

I don't doubt you tried everything that was suggested.. I just find it strange, since I have never had a problem with my Mill II and I have taken it into the lab and used it there (it's incredible with a 23" monitor ;-) )
