Hi Doug.....The voting is over, actually there was a panel of judges. If you go to PC Week Online you can see the winners......NetNotions didn't place 1st., but I don't think that's a negative......It's the JAVA version that's the key to the LOTUS deal, which as you know is still under development........This is good press though.......PC Week is very respected.........Sideware has to make every effort to publicize themselves. This kind of press is what is needed.....Don't forget Lotusphere is coming Jan 25-29........Peace

An interesting post, good prespective:

LeRoy,

JOT kept its news releases to a minimum prior to
Comdex and then released the Corporate Update and a
slew of announcements. My opinion of the subsequent
price fall is a combination of people expecting too
much too quickly (e.g., a done Lotus deal which was
far too much to expect in that short a time frame) and
subsequent tax loss selling once it was clear that the
Lotus deal would still require some time. But here we
are two months later and . . . keep your eye on the
ball. IT IS VERY CLEAR BASED ON COMDEX THAT JOT
PREFERS TO RELEASE NEWS IN BUNDLES AND AT TIMES WHEN
IT WILL ENABLE INDUSTRY PEOPLE TO BEST FOCUS ON ITS
PRODUCTS, I.E., DURING CONVENTIONS / EXPOS. Lotusphere
is next week. The AGM is right after. We are two
months after the last corporate update and
JOT HAS NOT RELEASED ANY SIGNIFICANT NEWS SINCE. I don't know
what deals or news JOT will announce this week / next
week but I do expect that, based on Comdex, JOT will
choose this time period to share its news with the
investment world. I also expect, based on the last
corporate update, that there should be some very good
news coming since we are 2 months post-Comdex. I look
forward to a very interesting week next week. In
this case I truly believe the 2 month silence from JOT
is a very good sign. We should see what has been
brewing very shortly. good luck to all jotters.

Bill
