I'm kind of new around here, but want to compliment Roger and many others here for the quality of the discussion found under this subject. I've read the last several messages regarding these private placement convertible deals, and looked around SI and elsewhere for information on ORBI. Given that ORBI seems like a "no brainer", and that the time frame for conversion extends a couple of years out, I'm wondering what you all will be looking for as a trigger to open a short position, and about how long you expect you will be holding it to get the returns you are hoping for. Thanks in advance for any insights from your experience.
