Linda, thank you for the compliment, but frankly, having run companies before and having done a lot of strategic planning for larger companies, these are simply business 101 comments. The real game is in the execution or as I term it the tactical means to achieve strategic goals. These are simple day to day decisions on how to deploy resources (in time and space) for best short term results (survival) and achievement of the long range strategic plan. Zeev
