Try $135 not $1,000..

That post just cost the autonomous auto contribution to memory industry gross margin to fall from $3 billion to $330 million, only!

What in Internet of Things, AI or any of this new marketing mumbo jumbo is going to drive meaningful memory demand compared to PCs, cell phones and enterprise storage?

Is there anything in the "new" categories that will sell 10s (or better 100s) of millions of units, and each unit requires 128GB of storage? If that new product exists, please tell me what it's called.....

That $135 SATA drive won't cut it in an autonomous vehicle. The drives have to be very very fast, have very low latency, and withstand high heat. The drives will cost much more than $135.
