I am just trying to follow up on the status of the common stock as it now stands and how it COULD be affected by reorganization as in both the companies I mentioned. LTV actually made a dollar a share EPS and was selling for a dollar while in bankruptcy, but that stock became worthless when they emerged from chapter 11 and the company issued new stock.
I believe the old shareholders were given warrants that were basically worth only pennies.
It doesn't matter if the company is doing good or poorly, it all comes down to their reorganization plans. I will not buy this stock unless I can find some clarification as to the status of old common stock when it emerges out of Chapter 11.

Regards,
Mark
