I'm not sure why you'd bring up child molesters- since they molest both sexes. Little girls are molested by priests as well as little boys. The molester problem is definitely there- but has not much to do with the gay priest issue. Gay men, like heterosexual men, like adult partners. Child molesters, who molest male or female children (and females are more likely to be molested) are a different sort- and are often suffering from psychological issues which make them unable to connect with adult partners- something which in no way excuses their behavior. But while adult to adult sexual behavior is "normal"- and can exist on a continuum- gay, bisexual, or hetero- molesting children is not normal.
