Up to Tax Authorities to identify "Tax Loopholes" and CLOSE THEM.

Those who keep BEMOANING the fact that "wealthy" individuals don't pay enough Tax should bear the above in mind. Even these 'MOANERS' are entitled to Avoid Tax.
