I repeat, call Pino, identify yourself as a stockholder, tell him (or his voicemail) that you are calling because Greenlaw is not returning your calls, leave your simple question as to whether things are substantially the same as HE previously stated and your phone number.
He controls the company and made the prior statement. He is the one to call. You will get your answer whether he returns your call or not.
