Tharos, thanks. The following is not T.A but a news story on NIH opening in next few months of new BL-4 lab to study, "mutant strains of tuberculosis that have become resistant to available antibiotics and pose an alarming threat around the world-TB infects an estimated 30 million people worldwide annually and kills 3 million, about 2,000 of them in the United States." Article in L.A. Times Jan 19.

While no direct relation to XOMA at present in time this may change. If the NIH did ever use Neuprex then we have the question of who owns the discoveries even if they are made.
