Re 144, I don't know. This was covered before but I don't remember the specifics. Assuming we are talking about the original 144s from almost year or so ago, I have already questioned the fact that it appeared some had been sold already based on a note from Morgan months ago. I think I was successfully corrected(but it's still a question mark in my mind).

All I can say so far is it looks like a lot of assets have been written off. Need a current 10K.

I believe until the money comes in there is no merger. Could be wrong. I know the availability of water is an issue for you, but I don't have any in my local markets ;-).

Forgot about tonto's comments, I've always figured that the day it starts trading is the day it will start trading. There is nothing I can do about it except wait. Conjecture would only be just that. I've seen many folks on all sides post such differing opinions on what it will take to start up again, that I figure many will be proved wrong. I do not wish to put my own "guess" on the table. ;-)

I asked if you still own shares, as I assume the shareholder would have some answers to these questions.

You can see my response to TG for my opinion on this unnecessary statement. ;-)
