I would like to gain some insight on how to utilize the " Roth IRA ". Although most of us would agree that new IRA money should be targeted towards a Roth....the big question is whether or not to do a full rollover of old IRA money in have to pony up some serious tax dollars. At this time I will keep my old IRA's and start the new Roth IRA's with 1998 money. I have another 20 years to go, but I also have approximately ten years of gains in my old IRA that I don't want to pay taxes on yet. Does anyelse else know how they're going to play this yet?
