Looking for posts on RSE, and hooked to this thread. Pardon the intrusion.
I wonder what you think of RSE in light of the new (to me) announcement to acquire CPI.

thank you,
Bell

Dear Mr. Pink:
Wondering about your opinion on SIR. Announced fourth quarter results today, looks pretty good. I got the red herring on Merge Technologies from H.C. Wainwright and read about the Sirrom note repayment with Warrants. I understand that your issue is with the stock price vs. book. It would appear that the warrants SIR receives are the crux of the issue. Could you comment further.
Mr. Greenblatt filed a 13D on Freeport-McMoran Sulpher. Between Gotham and his personal holdings ownership is 7.14%. Any comment?
Andrew
