H Peterson: So what is new? Any info on RMIL or RMCW? Do you
know if the merger is contingent on the 5 million dollars? If
it is do you know who it would be that would control the stock
after received. It is a privately owned company. If the owners to
be paid for their interest in RMCW, what happens to the stock that
is transferred to the owners.

No I'am not correcting you. I don't know if Angel D is a he/she.
I thought maybe you knew something we didn't. I just could not
remember seeing it mentioned. No big deal either way. Maybe
Angel D will see this post and enlighten us.:-)
