Thanks for the post. What I like about DW is the simplicity. It is just basic economics, supply and demand. The "KISS" (keep it simple stupid) is so many times the way to go. We have the tendency at times to try and write a dissertation rather than view the obvious. The statistical analysis of the bell shaped curve and standard deviations of the sectors gives a great indication when a sector is overbought or over sold. If we buy solid stocks like AMAT, INTC, BA, CISCO, MFST, GE and others when the sector is oversold then all we have to do is wait for the sector to go up. It keeps us from buy stocks at the wrong time.
