Sorry for the misuse of the word "pull". I thought that this was the case. But if the study is unavailabe, what's the difference? If C&L won't release the study after baiting us and MTIC who put out the January 14th news release, what's the difference? It still looks funny and makes C&L come off like a group of amateurs.

I agree that it would be terrible for C&L to change the finding now. This would make MTIC's management look horrible for releasing the story. I'm sure Mr. Pearlman and Mr. Yoshino know some capable attorneys who would love to advise them on the situation if C&L suddendly changed their findings. I hope we are all making a very big fuss over nothing.
