Ed...

I am inclined to believe that in the next 12 mos., SOLP and SOLPW will test their 52-wk highs. SOLP at $4.5 and SOLP at $1.0, would represent approximately 50% returns from their current prices.

Given this, along with the current market environment, I favor the more conservative SOLP. It appears that management is fairly
conservative in its growth strategy, which may also favor the stock, instead of the warrants.

I would refer you to post #251, where Thomas Kerwin presents his views of the recent conference call.

I consider this a good buying opportunity, as the company is to report 1st quarter earnings on approximately 2/15. Therefore, we will not have long to wait for additional news. Earnings at $.35 - $.40 for fiscal year 1998 would project at $3.50 - $4.00 at the conservative PE of 10. Given the current PE of 15, your fiscal year-end price would be between $4.75 - $6.00. Not a bad return.
Of course, in this market, nothing is certain...do your own DD.

best of luck...topper.
