Phil, Thanks for the post regarding Armstrong's (PEI) silver position. I know I have another link to the article but trying to find it is another story. As for the price of silver, the next few weeks should be interesting. A move back above the $6.00 mark should re-confirm the trend. - Jim.

None other than Richard Pomboy, whose comments have drawn considerable discussion on these threads in days gone by, has not only claimed over 2 years ago that silver was being manipulated, he gave names and places. I sure wish I'd have written it down who they were. If memory serves me correctly, it was a couple of fired Drexel Burnham traders who concoccted and began executing said strategy. But that is just a memory. I could be misspeaking about the brkg house named. My point? This (manipulation)is not new news. And I rather strongly doubt Armstrong's contrarian position is a newly placed short either... FWISA... O/49r
