Thanks for the link -- it was all Greek to me except BUY.
Orthologic has also invested in Chrysalis which COULD be a lucrative new source of profit in the area of fracture mending.

I briefly investigated ZE but noticed only a recent insider decision to sell last summer. We all have certain criteria that must be met before commitment of cash, and one of mine is strong positive insider purchases under several conditions:
1) Broad participation by managment (made initial mistake with Ivx where only Frost had invested; that cost me many thousands).
2) Strong averaging down or up by insiders (now Ivx is a buy)
(purchased MTEL at 8, sold 17; purch CLHB 1.6, sold 2.9)
3) Exercise of lots of nonqualified options. (RATL)
(purch. OCTL 18, sold 30)
Without my initial Ivx error, I would be in Ivx at 7 without any loss. Obviously there are losers even when the criteria are met (bought CTSC at 4 sold 6; bought a little at 5, sold 3 UGH now trading at 2.5), but overall the strategy is a winner.
