Janice, Makes sense to me. BTW, many hospitals here in the States do serve wine to patients with dinner and at bedtime and have found that the patients sleep better and have fewer somatic complaints. My stomach is a true wonder! It has survived many years of hospital food and food of the miserable sort and the only food available to people who work graveyard. Cast iron my stomach is! Upon my death, my stomach is slated for the Smithsonian. Now that I work at home, the food is much, much better, as I fancy myself something of a gourmet cook. Of course, there are some who would disagree with that self-assessment, but they have no taste. Holly
