Well, after the ORG debacle ORTC finished up and then lost some in today's humungus rally. Even so, George Soros continues to have an apetite for this company.

Soros group says it raised Ortec stake

WASHINGTON, Jan 30 (Reuters) - A group including international financier George Soros said Friday it has
increased its stake in Ortec International Inc to 14.2 percent, or 817,800 shares, from a last reported 12.9
percent, or 742,800 common shares.

In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said it most recently acquired 75,000
shares in Ortec between Jan. 6 and Jan. 27 at $12.25 to $13.88 each.
