Peter The VCR Plus "Universal remote" may not be a biggie, but gemstar's licensing fee from all the high-end VCR's is growing and quite healthy. Added to that, their launch in Brazil is a good omen. Brazil's consumer market is roughly half the size of the US market(as I recall). I would hope for VCR Plus launch in more of latin america(Mexico, Argentina etc.). As an aside, I find it a bit annoying that gmstf(and ghost of sght) is not the subject of more investor interest(despite excellent news, outlook and stock price).
