Pugs,

I'm assuming that you are stating that the stock was signed over as payment as a debt. Where are the registration statements for the 144 stock if it was subsequently sold by the recipient??

Do you think that a similiar scenario might currently be in the works in order to raise capital by RMIL, by making deals with any short sellers out there??

Assuming there is a short position....

Hope you enjoyed the link to the Turkish information you were asking for.

Regards,

Ron

Pugs, I think it's time you ask this illustrious management team for an accounting and status of all shares they have issued,Reg S,144s,options,common. You should also ask them if they or any of their associates are selling 144s into the market legally or illegally. Where are their current operating funds coming from?.Where are their personal operating funds coming from? How many other loans have been paid off in restricted stock? Are there any situations in which 144 stock can legally be sold into the market before the restrictions come off(Hint)?.DD
