Dave: Between the seasonality issue and acquisition integration expenses, I don't expect AXLE to do much better than break even in the quarter that just ended. I am more interested in how much their revenues are growing as that will give me an indication of their future earnings growth potetntial. The company does have a decent amount of cash on hand and no debt, so a share buy back of up to $250,000 could be accomplished without any real impact on the operation. Walt
