Re: SFS valuation

SFS is fairly valued to me at the current price of $6.21/share showing a PR of 16. Compared to KR's PE at 12.6 or UNFI's PE at 4.28.

We have a few SFS stores around here some junky others remodeled and quite nice. Definately not a Costco but do sell bulk foods. Not a Sprouts (SFM) PE a8 19.2, as they are closer to a Whole Foods. I will make a special trip to SFS for some of their meats durting holidays; Prime Rib and Leg of Lamb and do buy their whole bean coffee that is restaurant brand quality.

Maybe a value bargin at/below 10 PE but now at a 16 PE, Private equity will have a hard time maintaining that price even w/ a sale.

No interest here. FWIW picked up more BGS & UNFI last week. UNFI looking very attractive when I look at these other grocery stocks (KR, SFS,SFM, and even COST w/ a 30 PE).

The GN fair value for SFS is at $5.03/share
