Hype as hype will, for I am hyped ,,hype me not..
William Shakespeare,,,

I am hyped as hell... with FNTN..... I am buying....for both short and long term.

Spent a considerable amount of time with;
Michael Sheppard, COO .... there is no CEO in the company...
Maura Marx ..... Sen. VP Sales and Marketing,,, a descendent of Karl ?

I met them at their office and we went to my Burrito restaurant and spent good two hours discussing FNTN....

First of all they do not want this hyped,, also they do not want this ravaged by schmucks.....

The real power behind is Barry Stein,, who started the company ,, a member of the founding father of cboe.com aka Chicago Board of Exchange,, options.

11 mill out 9.5 mill float,, Stein owns 1 1/2 mill core position and had trading shares, wherelse he derived income by trading FNTN as he gets and had no salary from FNTN..

COO does not own any major shares,, and was reported wrongly by this writer,, he does own a significant chunk of employee benefit options based on his performance ,, same for Marx... His words,, " Enogh to make me very happy "

The capital need is immediate 1/2 mill and have 200 K cash reserve...
Future capital will come from debt....
Insider holdings are , Barry Stein 1 1/2 mill and some trading shares.. also recent PP investors,, one of our EM member owns 200,000 shares at .14 cents as a PP partner,, he wishes he had bought more.....as well as other PP members.... shit they should have calle me,,, I could retire tomorrow...
COO owns 3,000 shares..

Overhead cost now is 50K per month ,, with 20 employees,,will have 25 sales very soon (just sales ) and expect sales force to grow to 30... they dont need office ,, most of the sales and regional managers work out of their homes or el cheapo share office type for $100 per month,,, I guess home based business is growing.
Just got through training and set up 5 offices...

FNTN has no debt ! except phone bills and utility bills...

The beta testing of web site is finished and will be up in a matter of days,, COO didnt want to have inferior stuff out there... he opted for quality ...

As for investor valuations... COOs words as soon as FNTN posts 10Q some time in July ,, there will be a big buy interests,, because we will have real revenues.. he expects 15 million dollars for 98.

The growth model through association via web as customers log in they will find related service criteria that will compliment each other... in a nut shell,, also Europe with the help of Siemens,, is the opportunity and challenge... They are expecting this market to contribute significantly in their bottom line.. Asia is too far away for them but will consider after they have US and Europe running..

S& P acceptance is still 6 mos away due to the fact that every one wants same agreeable system,, but the management is very hopeful on this because of all the mutual funds out there loosers and winners alike ,, thousands,,, there is no singular cohesive format for them to address each other and to their customers... think of it as a real video F&Q among fund owners and customers as well interested investors,, interreacting via live video conferencing.... ie if Jonh Doe clicked and selected a criteria,, emerging funds,, Helo I am John Doe and I see you are one of the emerging funds guy ,, tell me about your growth strategy and why I should buy your fund,,, click guy live says well you know, actually we are not what you are looking for but here is the co doingthat , click and you can moven on to diffrent vendors ,, meanwhile the guy on other end is running simulataneous screens so he is answering you at same time he is tracking his portfolio....
Same with training and Series 7 training for inhouse brokers,,while they are tracking the qutes he will have screen giving him instrustions...

What is COOs vision in 1 year ? The model based Hill and S & P as well as association formular is the bottom line for growth model...

Siemens, what is their role and what is it costing FNTN,,, nada,, Siemens Europe lent 6 of their own employees to set up the tech stuff and Siemens investment division is watching FNTN very closely to see if they are kosher and see if they will make it like rest of us....

What happns if we buy ,, who will dump,, PP partners will dump and I figure it will be about 1 million shares,, Will Steing dump... I dont think so ,, if he does it will be 1/2 mill... any shorts,, about 100,000 according to IR my feeling is considerably higher, as this came on the market at 5 1/2 and went up ,, on the story and shorts moved in.... I bet you shorts sold more recently at .60 the recent high....

COO graduated from NYU in films but his forte is business and entrepreneurship.. I asked him what was the high light of his career, response was that he brought his former employer in to a public trading form...
He runs daily operation but he feels his strongest points are sales and marketing,, the growth of FNTN is based on sales, sales and sales....

I asked have you ever been involved with SEC or SCC fraud or violation of its rules ? answer is no ... the guy is a New Yorker with 3 daughters youngest same age as my 8 year old ,, all private school chums ,, so in NY society and especially in good Jewish community all can be checked out,,, remeber Japanese and Koreans are the Jews of Orient,,

In reference to NASD listing,, they are pursuing all avenues but will not comment except that they are pursuing this ,,and its a goal by Barry Stein...

There are more and I can go on all night but I think I made my points very clear..

I am recommending this as a buy for both short term and long term...

Also what is curious is that I ve been watching this stock for a few days,,, and I believe there is not enogh shares on the block for sell.. which means it could run quite heavy ,,,,

Joe
