Xia Qiu,

During the strong uptrends last year, I noticed that the DOW when it was in the overbought region still was able to move up another 100-150 points. However, since the downtrend started in late Sept, it change and once the DOW got into the overbought region, it would only move up maybe another 50-75 points before heading back down and in some cases it reversed downwards immediately.

Now for the OSX, this sector is now one of the strongest on a technical basis, so it is hard to say if the movement while in the overbought region will be limited as much as the DOW has been on a relative basis.

Additionally, my TA system really does not work on support lines/resistance lines, as most TA systems do and rarely do I give targets. I normally talk in terms of days, such as my CLASS 1 BUYS.

If the OSX continues up for 1-2 days, it will become a CLASS 1 Sell, but am reluctantly to give a downside target.
