The new guy is a great engineer and will be a great asset to the company. Also the Texas region is not public so there are no shares. He gets if he elects 17.5% of revenues.The mailman is ignorant. Please no one respond to him lets all ignore him he owns absolutely no shares. By responding to him fuels his fire. If don't ignore I want give anymore info. You the thread make the choice. There is no interest paid out over first 2 years its worked into the formula of 1.1 million shares. As for Lebra just so everyone know's Jess Ravitch the owner of Libra personally has botton 2.8 million of the preferred back to show his committment. I'd say that's saving face. Company did a terrible deal puts up no cash for 2 years maybe dilute 1.1 million shares. I'd say the mailman is as dumb as he talks.There are also 9 regions. If the first one takes off watch out. People will be knocking the door down. I've been right so far, i'll make another prediction ACTV will get financing for all of TCI regions soon with very little dilution and stock goes between 6-8. The 13% paid by ACTV is a great deal for any company in there situation. The investor has huge risk if Texas fails. ACTV still has education which in it's own right could be as big as entertainment. By the way the owner of Libra is on the board of ACTV. Once again if anyone responds to Mailman who owns no stock I won't post anymore. You all make the decision he is truely a distraction. We all no ACTV is not Intel but the upside if were right is huge. I tell everyone if is a hype it's the best one yet. I've met with Fox sports and have talked to all the parties. Lets keep are fingures crossed.
