The X-axis is making it look like a disaster! lol Those polar vortex events will torture the people living in northern states, but we are less vulnerable in economic sense. Russia and Alaska want the global warming to get worse by a lot. They will be better off in both weather and in economic impact. Canada secretly hopes the global warming to get worse soon. Canadian life gets better. Northern US states are fine with the future global warming except for terrible weather swings. Southern US states, mostly/all Republican states are screwed. Both in weathers and economy. They will suffer the most. Democrats could cheer on the Reptards to ruin their livelihoods big time.
