Fubho, personally I don't think Justin Fairfax should resign. I believe in due process, and I believe in innocent until proven guilty. Unfortunately for the accuser, I don't think she has enough hard evidence to back up her claims.

Having said that, though, I won't stick up for Lt. Gov. Fairfax if the Democrats decide to throw him under the bus. They made their bed. They should sleep in it. Everything they did to Brett Kavanaugh, they should do to Justin Fairfax, if they want to maintain any semblance of consistency.

P.S. - "But but Tenchu, Fairfax is just a lieutenant governor of a state. Kavanaugh is a Supreme Court justice! Shouldn't we hold Kavanaugh to a higher standard?" Sorry, but lowering your standards for mudslinging does not constitute a "higher standard" in my book.
