Total expense ratio on CEFs usually includes leverage/borrowing costs, not just management fees like the ETFs list. And yes, they’re usually more expensive. And performance (granted this is new) is always net of fees. :)

I think this will be better bought once the sponsorship price-support stops after 6 months or so, when the price will float more freely
