Funny you asked as I just added it to my watch list recently. Have not looked at it with any seriousness yet.
Can't say how I stumbled on it though. About all I know at the moment is that someone said Venezuela. lol!

I don't know how others find ideas, but since yield isn't as important for new buys for me, I find that I have
been looking at the CCC list less and pecking around at Robert Allen Schwartz's list more.

I also go to Finviz, put in 1% yield or more, and stocks 30% or more below a high. Especially on a

market pullback, a lot of stocks to look at, but if I do it once a week or so, I find I can go through them
very quickly. Odds are nothing that floats my boat, but every now and then...

Keeping a watchlist that includes low yield stocks is new to me.
