Tim, I am wondering if it was the greatest idea for you to say anything about the test drive Win-98 thing. Big Bill is just mean enough to have his programmers slam out their own test drive thing and if he wanted to Big Bill could do it. :(

Mr. Hutton, You must be kidding. Why don't you answer Jim's question as to whether the newsletter sycr recommendation called out in your last post is a paid service.

<<An AMEX listing would be enormous for this stock >>>

Amex won't do anything short term. This amex rumor was floated months ago, not only to this thread but to the public at large. You've been dangling it ever since. It's always good to get rid of the mm but much more has to happen for this stock to go up.

<<< Expect that long-awaited OEM deal to be announced in the next 2-4 weeks. No,I don't know why it is taking so long.>>>

If you think real hard you can hazard a guess, I'm sure. It's called deceptive promotion and apparently that's RP's real expertise. This rumor has been playing on the internet almost as long as "Cats" on Broadway. Sooner or later the play ends but unfortunately sycr will get no standing "o".

<<<WinningRun, the new Japanese distribution firm, has already REORDERED from their initial purchase. >>>

Talk is cheap and we've heard this garbage before. Give us some sales and volume figures or stop spreading ridiculous rumors.

<<<hat's all I know for now. I'll report more when facts warrant.>>>

You'll report more when RP wants to promote something.

<<<BTW - once the AMEX news appears imminent - expect major buying to pick up fast.>>>

Oh please kind sir, please tell me when so I can run out buy more so I can provide the liquidity for insiders to sell some of their options. Can't wait for your next promotion, Tim.

Neil

Thanks Tim, I like this posting a little better than your last one. :-). Friday I was trying to dig some info. our of Mike Block pertaining to the N.Y. visit. Zippo. Hopefully he can confirm this on Tuesday since the meeting has already taken place.

As to the OEM deal , could this contract be used as ammo to get on the AMEX? I assume it is the capital that is holding us back.

I noticed a Preview Windows 98 package by MS in the CompUSA catalog this weekend. Not sure if it is the same thing or not, I'll check into it.

Keep the news coming! Thanks.

Ummm Neil, this is FA news so ya may want to disregard anything Tim posted. Stick to the charts and you will have no one to blame but yourself.

Timothy Hunter, Don't expect Win98 out till June -August. And that is only if Big Bad Jan-et Reno don't make Wild Bill change up a few things first....or we'll see 'em on Court TV.
Thanks Jimily...have you heard the prediction that the next Pope will be the anti-Christ ? also....why is the price on Bricks and Rulers going up ?

Hi Tim, It's been a long time since one of your famous SYCR updates and I would like to follow up on a few items that you have discussed.

How's Rainer's AMEX listing efforts going. You indicated that he met with them in mid January. In hind sight, don't you think it odd that he met with them 2 weeks after the close of Q2? (BTW your projection of 2-4 cents per share profit was a tad bit off) You'd think that RP would have some indication at that time that the numbers for Q2 were going to suck pretty bad. Do you think the 16 cents per share loss for Q2 and the effect on share holder equity will have any effect on the listing efforts?

How are the two new products you mentioned doing? They're a little late now and I haven't heard a peep about them. I just can't wait to test drive Win98!

I'm sure the coupon deal announced in February was not the long awaited OEM deal. Do you have any info on when we can expect the real OEM deal?

Has the new Japanese distribution firm WinningRun REORDERED more? This sounds like it could be as big as the initial shipments of Utility Belt! That Mr. Cheng really knows what he's doing. When do you think we will start to see revenues from his efforts?

Have there been anymore BUY recommendations written in the investment news letter Wall Street One? Their initial recommendation was to buy at 1.625. Do you think the 80% drop in share price since that time will affect their credibility? I hope not, they seem like really swell group.

TIA and hope to hear from you soon!
