As to my firesale buys, I did buy some SGMO (and much more FGEN and SAGE, not so much ACHN). I traded the SGMO, but still hold a small amount. Arggghhh. Thought about selling that the past couple days on the pre-World enthusiasm. I may end up being a trader only for biotech stocks, LTBH be damned. Looks to me like SGMO needs the next generation vector, but the potential issue of an immune response is troubling. I am not sure why they could not use high sensitivity RT-PCR to assess liver punch biopsies for transgene expression. But that is RNA, not protein.
