Now I absolutely HAVE to see that movie! I personally put great stock in dietary intake as it relates to good health. Luckily for me, I like what I choose to eat. That it is increasingly being shown to be a healthier way to eat is incidental to me. I just plain prefer grains and vegetables.

Good to hear you're feeling good and feeling grouchy. Grouchy is a good sign! Really, it is! Groggy is to be expected.
