It's nice to know there is somewhere on Earth that leaves speed to individual judgment.

We have that here in rural areas where the 100kph speed limit cannot be achieved so it's still a matter of individual judgment on how fast to travel. I love those areas for the feeling of freedom and lack of Big Nanny Brother micromanaging life.

We have big motorways with 80 kph speed limit where good cars could do 180kph happily and narrow gravel roads that are twisty and up and down with 100kph limit where good cars can't do 60 kph.

Governments have very low intelligence. But they love being bossy and taking opm by force.

From a Chinese friend of mine. He worked with me on and off for about 10 years.
