Pravin,

From what I heard from streets, all these 100Mhz AGP bus speed socket 7 chipsets from VIA, SIS and Ali have been in channel. All the major mobo manufacturers have one or two of these boards to release very shortly.

Coupling the 100Mhz bus speed with SDRAM, you could see significant system performance jump from the current 66/75Mhz bus speed systems. AMD should have no problems to delivery K6-250Mhz (for 100Mhz bus speed systems) now.

The success and the missing link on 100Mhz bus speed system is the SDRAM. The question among all PC habbists as to what SDRAMs could be clocked at 100Mhz bus speed is remained unknown.

Whatever at least, 83Mhz bus speed would be in spec with these new 100Mhz board. Could not await to put my hand on these new boards soon.
