Ralph; Thats old news , I looked at it a long time ago..it was
not much in a precentage way of what they owned. Maybe they needed some xmass money, also it was not much or at this price or below.
Buying is generally more sig. than selling, but you have to look
at the price too. Like with TDFX who had both insider buying and selling, but way below the price she is now trading. I like
insider buying if I can catch the train close to their price.
Or I use to..insider has had it's worst month every trying to
call stocks, seems the insiders don't always know what a stock
will do. I'm just playing the merger thing, MOOV is tied to
VUPDAs price more than anything else.
