The Diwans plus TheraCour controlled approximately 33 million votes. Boniuk controlled approximately 14M votes. Anecdotally: Sapirstein had 1M votes cast against him. All other votes had between 16M and 20M Against. Seymour controlled 6M votes. In last year's vote AD, MB and MK were up for re-election. There were ZERO (-0-) votes cast against ANY of them. In last year's election there were 50M shares participating, only half of which actually voted. In this year's election over 90M shares participated, over 68M votes were cast in each item. My own conclusions based on the sum of the above: 1.The most basic element of any election...the counting of the votes cast...is likely to be flawed here. See Message 31997949 Also: What is the likelihood that there would have been zero votes cast against all 3 directors last year? And which insider(s) didn't vote last year? 2. MB voted against Taraporewala. Last year there were ZERO votes cast against any of the 3 candidates and it isn't likely that there was a material anti-IT vote undertaken by the "retail" voters this year....there was no reason for there to be. Those 45 million Against votes had to come from somewhere other than just the Diwans and it wasn't retail. "Gene told me that Milton voted all his shares "FOR" Irach."
